Southern Charcuterie Board

Ingredients

rotel and velveeta dip

ranch dressing- store bought or homemade

pimento cheese

hot pepper jelly

deviled eggs

smoked sausage, cooked and sliced

dijon mustard

pickled okra

waffle fries

fritos

pork rinds

bugles 

combos

PREP TIME: 1 hour | COOK TIME: 0 | SERVINGS: 8-10

Arrange all items on a large platter or board.  Place the hot pepper jelly on top of the pimento cheese.   I like to serve the waffle fries with the ranch, the pork rinds with the pimento cheese and hot pepper jelly, the Fritos with the Rotel and velveeta and the smoked sausage with the mustard.  The options for this board are endless! There are so many fun things you can add to this board. It serves a crowd, so it is perfect for the 4th of July! 

*I have made several variations of this board. I love that it is so versatile. Fun additions are pigs and a blanket and boiled peanuts. Whatever your heart desires!
